Hi there Peeps, AVG seems to not want to give any contact details to ask support issues with their Driver Updater product, so I thought I would ask here. I have the latest version of the AVG Driver Updater version 21.1 (build 1218) and it keeps telling me that my ASMedia USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller is out of date. I tell the updater program to update and it runs and says completed successfully, then if I run the software again it tells me the driver is out of date (I have restarted my PC and again when I run the AVG Driver program, it again tells me the driver is outdated. I have version 1.16.61.1 installed of the driver with a build date of 5/21/2020. When I search on the WEB, I cannot find a later version of the driver, when I ask AVG Driver Update for more information it tells me that I have version 1.16.61.1 released 20 May 2020 and that it is outdated!! I suspect the AVG tool is messing up but as AVG gives no means to contact them, does anyone have any suggestions how I can get the AVG software to behave correctly. I believe I have the latest driver version installed (WEB searches could no identify a later version than 16.1.61.1), but am just annoyed to keep seeing the error message from AVG Driver updater.. I can tell AVG Driver to ignore this error, but am worried it will then not install later updates when they become available?
Thanks Gary

But if I tell it to ignore this driver, doesn't that mean it will not apply any future updates for this driver as it will no longer check for them?
