I have a laptop running Windows 7.  Took a long time shutting down yesterday.  Today would not start.  Finally got it started.  Background on screen does not boot.  Pop up said aswUtil.dll was missing.  Tried to restore to earlier date of program.  It said it did but it didn’t.  Can connect to internet but no browsers will open.  Ideas?
