Why am I not able to open an attached jpeg picture on Windows 7 and yet am able to open it on my Macbook?
I received an email with a jpeg attachment and was not able to open it. The attachment had a red type of shield and an X on it. Above it stated that the attachment could be dangerous to my computer. I went on my Macbook and checked the same email and I was able to open it, or rather it opened automatically in my email.
Is there something in the PC settings that is blocking the opening or is it the antivirus protection.
