I have been attempting to complete the installation of the AVG Tuneup and the AVG Protection. My problem is that whenever I try to complete the part for my phone, it refuses to complete, it keeps asking for my password which it won't recognize from my phone. As you see, I am here on my laptop, but the phone isn't allowed, so it's not a password problem. What can I do?
