Regarding receiving duplicate emails to my email (EM) - specifically only to this email address and only from AVG:  Alan B stated he had "only written ONCE to [me]" on 1/7/2017. I believe him … which is unfortunately the problem! In addition to that FACT, i am looking for AVG expertise – i.e., WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING ON?  This seems to me to be a  problem on your end rather than mine.  To help assess in a small way I had a few friends send me additional test emails to this email address I am using with AVG, and I only got 1 copy each, as usual. Plus I get daily emails at this address from businesses.  I received double emails ONLY from some of the staff at AVG.  There was a small period of time when one of my email accounts (MSN) showed me sending duplicate emails in MY sent folder … just from that account … Not my comcast email addresses.  I closed the MSN account – and I was sending no more duplicate emails–end of problem!  (BTW, I have been so tired I did not think when i wrote last that at least for 1/6 & 1/7/2017 I have been sending and receiving my emails to/from you with an iPad, yet the computer that I had the problem with [double Sends from my MSN email account] was an iMac. Again, I deleted/ closed that account – no more sending duplicate emails. I NEVER RECEIVED DOUBLE EMAILS UNTIL NOW – and only from AVG)

[Before the current request I just want to say, as a confused new user, that when I searched the AVG Support website by my NAME I found only 1 of my prior 3 or so posts!  Also I found a link for one full discussion that was greyed out & did not work as a link on the website. (I copied & pasted the URL in the address bar & that seemed to work.) If allowed per your procedures, please let my posts be found if one searches the website by my name!]

QUESTION/REQUEST: Please evaluate the SENT folders on the computers that were most likely used to send me the 6 email examples below (3 sets of double emails), & kindly tell me what you think is going on … I hope you could AT LEAST tell me that you agree it is highly unlikely my iPad or my Comcast ISP caused me to receive these double emails (assuming that all 3 emails were just sent once).  Please keep in mind that I received duplicate emails ONLY FROM AVG … not from any other persons or businesses. If there is anything else I can do to help your analysis, let me know. (If it applies, please explain why you think the problem is on my end.) Thank you.

Ronda Z.

ATTACHMENTS TO HELP EVALUATION:  In addition to the 2 sets of duplicate emails from Alan B., I also got a duplicate set "Rate your visit with just one click" from Sreedevi on 1/6/17 … Only the 2 Sreedevi emails on 1/6/17 had the exact same time stamp (hours: mins: secs).  I also received some normal single emails from AVG, such as  of "Rate your visit" from Karthikeyan on 1/7/17 – different computers? Or did someone produce a Send Again other than the original sender?.  (Too late & too long for this email, I received another set of duplicate emails yesterday from Aravindh that were almost 3 hours apart!)  Below are 3 sets of email duplicates from AVG, not including from Aravindh.  (The header time is apparently my times, EST, and you apparently sent the emails 5 hours later ? London time zone, ? GMT):
