Why have you charged £74.99 for my multiple device internet security package when my understanding is it should be £49.99 . You have notified me by email my subscription of £49.99 is due for payment on 24th August and yet you have taken on 21st August £74.99 from my bank account why ? Please refund the £74.99 and take the correct amount of £49.99 on 24th August as agreed. I am not at all happy you have taken this amount without any prior notification to me by email or message.
