My name is Joy Martin or you may have my account as VJ Martin. I do not want anymore auto pays put on my credit card. I will authorize what I want to pay for. If I could find my account number I would add it to this message. All your avg site does is run a person around in circles and you can never find the answer you are looking for. I turned my card off on 2 places on your site. Still you charged $108.24 on it.on Oct 16,2024. It posted on to my account on Oct 17, 2024. It appears as Dri*AVG Technologies. What is this charge for? Let me know at once and do not charge anything else on my card unless I personally authorize it. I want an immediate refund on this amount. I go where it says refunds on your site and it does not work.
