My VPN subscription has expired and requires renewing, i have a problem with the future renewal process, in which your company automatically charges my credit card, my previous experience with this practice reverted my 3 years subscription to one year (Internet Security), thus, I am reluctant to renew my VPN subscription. I believe individuals should have a choice, not bushwhacked, i might wish to chose another Internet security company at a cheaper rate or be provided with options!
