Hi
Ive been getting a regular popup warning about an apparently well-known malware product.  This is the details from the popup.

Threat Secured - Weve safely aborted connection on domclicknext.xyz because it was infected…
More Details -
threat name   Other:Malware-gen[Trj]
URL  https://domclickext.xyz/212b3d4039ab5319ex.js
Process   (x86)\google\chrome\application\chrome.exe
Detected by Web Shield

Why isnt AVG removing or deleting this product?

Ive done my google searches, I deleted suspect programs, ive reinstalled google but it keeps coming up several times a session.  I dont know what else to do.

Ive only been with AVG for less than 30 days and Ive not seen it before - I came from McAfee.   Can anyone tell me WTF is going on with this??

Thanks
GP

Ok- reset Chrome to default.
Reinstalling my extensions from the Chrome store at the moment.
Id be concerned if the AVG app didnt update itself to the latest version automatically.
The malware popup - as best as i could tell - appeared random while on Chrome.  It last appeared this morning before i did all the above - so I will wait and see if/when it happens again.
thank you.
