I wish to cancel a subscription for AVG Secure VPN, which I didn't request which seems to have gone onto automatic renewal. Whilst I've had AVG products in the past, they've never been automatically renewed and don't want it. tried to cancel the latest subscription and the auto renew for the VPN software online but the chat box to do this wouldn't work, so I've just called the 0800 number on the website a few times, but it just cuts off. Can you help?
