I am extremely disappointed in AVG.
My Subscription only needs to be renewed in 2 Weeks time.
AVG debited my Credit Card early, I was not expecting this to happen.
What makes things worse, is it was debited by "DRI SHANNON" .
As I did not expect this and did not know who DRI SHANNON was, I blocked my Card.
Only After my Card was blocked, did I get a mail from AVG saying that they renewed my subscription
This is really shocking service.
If you are going to debit someones account, wait until the renewal date.
Also if you are going to debit someones account without them knowing about it, at least let the transaction state AVG.
I am really not happy, as I now have to pay for a new Credit Card that will take a couple of days to arrive.

I regret the inconvenience. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.
We use Digital River (DRI) as our payment gateway. I see that our remainder email regarding this renewal has been sent on 9/23/18 6:05:43 AM CDT.
