When signing up to the free trial of tune up it was said that I would receive an email 3 days before my trial period was over so that I may cancel and not be charged. I recieved no such email and today is 3 days before the trial period ends and I have been charged £45! Can somebody tell me why this is? I've just moved house so I have virtually no money and this has left me with £2.50 until next Tuesday. I cant pay my phone bill now let alone buy food for myself. The service doesnt even start until november 9th so why take it out early in the first place? I'm sorry if I sound curt or rude but this has put me in an awful situation.
