Hi, My name is Malvina and I need your help. Received a auto subscription renewal reminder from AVG, indicating that they will charge me on October.05.2019 $ 139.99 and remove the money from my credit card. (ORDER NUMBER 65344225600) I din"t sign up for any auto renewal and resent the idea of removing any money without my consent. I can get a better deal anywhere for less money, for a same service . So why? should I pay double amount for the same service is a good question? They should offer me a better deal for less money as a good costumer, not visa versa. So my question is how can I stop the auto renewal. When I try to log in to my account they say You don't have any subscriptions. Please advice
