In May this year I bought a new laptop. I tried to install the AVG program I already had a licence for, but it wouldn't let me as it was already installed on my old laptop, which I have now scrapped. Because of this I bought a new 2 year licence and that is running fine. Today however, I have been billed £46.99, via auto renewal system. Obviously I no longer need this licence and I have now cancelled the auto renewal for it, via paypal, so it shouldn't happen again. The billing ID is
B-9B798648F8716483Y. When I logged into the AVG site and looked in 'My Account' the only licence showing is the one I am using now which expires in May 2019. There isn't anything in Order History either. The newly billed licence Key is IMVKD-ROYO6-KLKLU-AZCLD-ZLP2U-6 and it Expires 15 October 2017. Please could you look into this for me and advise.
