Auto renewal stole money

Hello Maris,

I understand your concern.

You have already got refund for the recent renewal of AVG Internet Security.

You also have AVG PC TuneUp renewed on 2018.3.6 which is out of the refund policy. We do not have an option to process refund for this order.

can you cancel and return stolen money from auto renewal from last 2 orders, i stopped using any AVG programs last year. i am not subscribed but it still took money.
