We could see that you have already submitted a refund request and got the status updated to your email.
You have been charged for the renewal of AVG subscription and it was due to auto renewal service enabled for its first purchase.
We did send prior email notification about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
If the email is not found in inbox, then it might have landed on to your spam or junk folders.
If you have received the refund credit, then submit the request to delete your AVG account through this https://www.avg.com/gdpr website.
Enter your email address registered with AVG and click Request Access.
Check your email inbox > click "Go to Portal" button on the email that you received > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

My AVG Internet Security has been auto renewed and I didn't got any confirmation from AVG. I have already cancelled this subscription. But I also want to delete my Cr. Card information also. I want it can be deleted ASAP.
It's too pathetic I couldn't able to delete my own Cr. card information. it's too much disgusting from AVG, they should have to provide this option.
