Hello, you have automatically billed me 34,99 € for an automatic renewal that I do not want. I have opened a ticket 2402527 but noone is contacting me. Also to cancel this you make me call to a phone number that does not work. I don’t understand why I have to call to a phone number in english, what happens with people who do not speak english. I would like to get my money back and someone to tell me jow to proceed. I have alredy cancelled the account but i wnat the 34,99 back.
