Automatic renewal

Hi Mogamad,

I would like to inform that auto-renewal for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited has already been cancelled. Therefore, you won't be charged in the future .
We have also sent a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address registered with AVG.

I have been attempting to cancel my subscription with AVG but am unable to do so as I feel that it is deliberately misleading. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH ABG AS I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER PROVIDER. THIS SUBSCRIPTION SHOULD BE CANCELLED BY THE TIME THAT THE RENEWAL IS DUE. IF IT IS NOT CANCELLED I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION AS I DO NOT AGREE TO RENEW WITH YOU. PLEASE EMAIL ME CONFIRMATION OF MY CANCELLATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
