I was previously signed up with automatic renewal. Then I got a message to say that automatic renewal could not process my renewal, so I have renewed manually. Now I am still getting the message that automatic renewal could not process my renewal. I have switched to stop automatic renewal but the message still comes up from time to time. How can I stop this?
And why is there no email contact for support? The options of phone or chat don't thrill me - I'd much rather have an email option…
