Your company auto renewed me on 03/30/2020 without my permission. This happened last year and I instructed you to not do this again. Please take my name off your renewal lists. I am going to report this practice to the Better Business Bureau. By the reports on the internet this seems like a common practice with your company. I will also cancel the billing with my bank if I don't get a response from your company. No one is available to talk at your response center.
