More of a comment than a question.  I am a ten year customer and just received notice for automatic renewal of my subscription at more than twice what I paid last year!  Used the online chat and was told I got a one time discount last year but am paying full price this year.  Apparently being a long term customers doesn't mean much to AVG.  Very disappointing.
