This isn't the experience we want you to have. Let us attempt to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security (valid till 2022.9.8), TuneUp (2022.2.5), Password protection (2021.9.5), Secure VPN (2022.11.5 ) & Driver Updater (2020.3.26).
We also see that the licenses has been consolidated in the past. During that process one TuneUp subscription has been left as it is. Reason being, the concerned team wasn't able to consolidate the license at that time.
Hence, you'd have received the pre-billing notification email prior 30 days of subscription's expiry & the product would be renewed prior 15 or 10 days of expiry.
This is to provide continuous protection service to the subscription. However, we see that the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp has been already disabled.
Hence, it will not be renewed & there will be no duplicate subscriptions, after this expires. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
Every year I have a situation whereby AVG automatically debits my credit card with, what I consider to be, fraudulent charges in respect of AVG products of which the subscriptions have not yet expired.
When I realised what was happening, I previously raised this problem with AVG who then consolidated under one licence the various payments that over time had automatically been debited to my credit card. In response to my complaint, AVG consolidated all past superfluous debits i.r.o. the various products under a single licence number 82WYX3-D2Y932-47L7A6, and those subscriptions now expire only during 2020,2021 and 2022. Yet AVG is still trying to collect additional subscriptions from me. Nice money making scheme to have, perhaps warranting an FBI racketeering investigation? I reside in South Africa. To try and communicate in writing with 'support@help.avg.com and avg.cs@digitalriver.com has been impossible - there are no human beings working at AVG!
Please review my account and refund the Sept 3, 2019 payment to PayPal.
My account shows two plans. I purchased another plan which should have overridden the
Sept 3, 2019 renewal.
