Automatic subscription renewal

I did not use the AVG Ultimate subscription: I uninstalled it after a month and did not ask for a refund. Now I received an email on the other email address automatic xxxxxx@gmail.com for € 75.99 15 days before April 9th. I warn you to operate any amount from my account for AVG Ultimate.
In this month I signed a subscription to AVG Tuneup and in July 2017 to AVG Internet Security.
Cancel the subscription to AVG Ultimate since I could never use it and I never asked for a refund.
Why is not assistance in Italian?
