I can also see that you have raised a refund request for this charge and our refund team will contact you through email with the resolution for refund. Usually the refund amount will be reflecting on your account within 5 to 7 business days.

When I got the e-mail re auto subscription I replied to cancel my subscription.I have now been auto matically renewed and money has gone out of my a/c.I have requested a refund what happens now.
