I tried the repair stuff. It didn't change anything. 

As you recommanded, I reactiveted the online shield and if i disable the https scan it works. 

When i flag the https scan, the problem is there.

I have ths same problem after update to 17.5.3021 today.
When access youtube, facebook or any video website, it is very slow or even cannot load the video.

I have checked that I must disable HTTPS scan in online shield.
But I am afraid infection when I disable this feature.

Please fix the problem.

I have and Issue with the Web Shield on AVG 17.5.3021. I must stop it to make work Youtube, Instagram and Facebook properly on Firefox. And some sites are slow to load or dosen't load proprely.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issue with online shield, I request you to install Online Shield again and check if your Google Chrome is working fine with AVG Online Shield. If the issue still persist, please go to Online Shield customize settings, uncheck the HTTPS scan and check if you can access your all websites.
