Thanks Alan,, been there done that twice and no luck.

Im thinking I may remove the software and do a re-nstall as the next step.

Why are the following sections of AVG 2015 showing the following errors but I am getting the notification that "Your updates are completed satisfactorily and You are currently up to date"

-Computer section continues to show "UPDATE REQUIRED"
-Identity Section continually shows "NOT PROTECTED"
-Email Section contiually shows "NOT PROTECTED"

Hi Bill,
In order to analyze it please provide us with http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
