Avg 2015 not working

      I already reinstall avg 2015 two times but result is same . avg 2015 is not working never scan and nor update.

     My problem still does not solve after following these steps showing in link.
avg still not working not scanning nor performing any other funtion

Sir ,
        I have window xp operating sys.  i latestely install avg 2015 inplace of avg 2014 i  also have active license 
     But as i scan any document or my pc from it showing error   " whole computer scan interrupted " and as i try to update it showing error " update failed ".
        so overall my avg 2015 is not working please send your valuable feedback in solving this issue.
