Carlin, Have you tried contacting the AVG for Android team directly through AVG >> Settings >> Help >> Contact us?. Otherwise, Re actual AVG Community Support expert assistance from Brno, Czech Rep… They will attend to your posting @ their earliest convenience but please bear this in mind (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509).

I have a samsung galaxy s4 and I bought avg anti-virus pro and I wanted to test my phone to see if it screams and locates I used text message it worked so I logged in on the website using my pc and it said couldnt find device or scream it on my account I have 1 device thats my device the link below is a log of whats enabled of avg
