I’m beyond disappointed and genuinely furious at what has happened to your forums. What used to be a place for real users to get help, share knowledge, and support each other has been completely abandoned. There’s no other way to say it. You’ve walked away from it. The lack of moderation is painfully obvious, and the consequences are impossible to ignore.
Scammers have flooded the forums. Not trickling in flooded. Fake posts, malicious links, and obvious fraud are sitting there in plain sight, unchecked and untouched. And what’s worse? Users are reporting these issues and getting absolutely nothing in return. No response. No action. Just silence.
It sends a very clear message: you don’t have the staff to manage your own platform anymore, or you simply don’t care to. Either way, it reflects terribly on your company. A public forum tied to your brand is being overrun by bad actors, and you’re allowing it to happen. This isn’t just neglect it’s irresponsibility. You’ve created a space where users are now exposed to scams under your name, and you’re doing nothing to protect them. That’s unacceptable.
If you’re going to host a community, then manage it. If you can’t manage it, then be honest about it don’t leave it to rot while users are left to deal with the fallout. Right now, it feels like you’ve abandoned your own users, and that’s something people will remember.
