I'm trying to resolve an issue for an AVG account which has a paid subscription for which the associated email address is no longer valid. (It's not the email linked to this support request). I need to reinstall AVG but I can't get the license as I can no longer access messages sent to the now non-existent email address.
How do I associate a new email address with the AVG account if I can't access the existing email?
I'm not sure what's needed but I can provide details of the old email and the new one I want to associate with the account along with any required information to prove identity by private message to this support email.
