We’d like to understand more about this situation.
May I know the AVG program (AVG Antivirus Business Edition, AVG Internet Security, AVG Antivirus free) you have installed on your computer? Are you trying to install AVG protection using it's offline installer?
I also request you to share a screenshot of the error message "You are not allowed to perform this action, please contact your system administrator" to proceed further.

AVG ADMIN settings is missing in offline instalator? After I install desktop client and set correct value in settings, AVG Bussines is comunicating with AVG ADMIN but I can't syncronize settings from server. LOG show sync is complete but desktop client is not working with settings from server. Restart didn't help.
Charles, General topic info… "Business products" support?.. For assistance have a look @ this AVG webpage (https://support.avg.com/business_contact_form?l=en_US). Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page. Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available within this Community.
