Also, if possible, please attach us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message that you get while trying to open OneDrive.

I'll do that and see what happens over the next couple of days. Still don't know why I had to purchase the full suite when I was literally only having trouble updating the free version though!!
I was having problems installing updates to AVG last week so I spoke to someone at AVG who 'fixed' it for me but I had to purchase the AVG suite. This was installed and since then I have OneDrive files crashing all over the place. I am unable to work on Word or Excel files as they just will not respond. This all happened after the install of AVG. I have another computer (luckily) that has Avast installed and I can use that no problem at all with OneDrive. What is happening and how do I either a) solve this problem or b) get a refund on this AVG suite in order that I can install an anti-virus that isn't going to stop me from working?
