Please clarify whether you've allowed One Drive app to access files that are protected by Ransomware shield.
You can also check this article to manage allowed/blocked apps (if it helps).

I use AVG and Onedrive. 

If I include my Onedrive folder on the ransomeware shield protection list, onedrive cannot sync. 
I've allowed Onedrive app but still have issues.
Any suggestions ?>
