AVG and OneNote

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to access One note. May I know have you installed all the AVG Ulimate applications on your compter ? This issue is probably caused by the Firewall of AVG Internet Security.To resolve the issue please follow the below instructions.

  • Open AVG Internet Security.
  • Click the Web & Email.
  • Click Open above Enhanced Firewall.
  • Select the Networks tab.
  • Click Show settings next to the current network which you are connected with.
  • Change it to I trust this network.

I've just purchased AVG Ultimate and now I cannot access my OneNote files.

Error: OneNote can't sync your notes right now. We'll keep trying. (Error code: 0xE00012E3 bbdqt)
Any know fixes?
