This morning Outlook again disabled avg add-in. Message was: Outlook disabled the add-in "Antivirus Add-In". It caused Outlook to start slowly. (1.23 sec avg)
It gave me an option for Outlook to not monitor add-in for a maximum of 30 days. So I assume this will happen every 30 days.
Are other users having this problem? It it irritating.

Please let me know the version of AVG Internet Security installed on your computer.
To check the version, open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu->About".
Also we need to check if AVG AntiSpam component is installed on your computer.
To check this open AVG Internet Security, click on "Privacy" tab and select "AntiSpam".
Barbara, if you do not see the AVG add-in on the Outlook main interface, then it is necessary to get into settings and enable our add-in.
AnrtiSpam component will be available under "Payments" tab from AVG Internet Security.
Please check if AVG AntiSpam component is installed on your computer.

Barbara, sorry if our previous message was not clear. We'd request to click the 'Payments' tile on AVG Internet Security dashboard to see Anti-Spam feature is installed or not.

How do I get to Payments tab. When I go to avg.com no information is available on anything I have purchased and paid for. Says website is being redone.
Anti-Spam is now installed. Do I need to enable the avg add-in in Outlook or will my emails be scanned as things now are?
I had already chosen the option to not monitor for 30 days. So I have disabled avg add-in and then enabled it again to try to get these messages for you. When that happens I will send them to you.

However, as we're uncertain about the AVG add-in status & the option to not monitor add-in, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of them?
(Open Outlook - Click on File - Select Options - Select COM-Addins in the Manage Drop down (listed at bottom in Options window) - Click Go - Disabled items will open - Try enabling AVG add-in)
