We request you to open the AVG app on your Android device.
If you swipe left you can see the dashboard of AVG in which you can see the "log in" option.
Please enter the AVG my account credentials on it and then PRO will get activated.

The link in my AVG account says install pro but it defaults to AVG free and wants me to pay for AVG Android Pro. Any ideas?
