Avg anti spam can not be opened

Anti-spam ensures that the inbox in your mail management software is free from unwanted spam and junk emails. This feature applies to mail clients installed on your PC, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.
Usually, Antispam component will not be installed by default (during the installation or protection program) & we may need to manually install it.
From your description, it seems that Antispam is already installed. Hence, you've got the option to enable it. Otherwise, it would ask you to install it.
To ensure this, share us the screenshot of the AVG interface with the Antispam component displayed with the message to open it (as you stated).
Reason being, few customers uses email clients

Hi Dinesh, I did eveything you said. I uninstalled and installed AVG with everything. But there are things going wrong or unsolved. Anti track could be opened before the uninstallation. But now it can't. It is turning and saying "uploading" in install and activate button. 

VPN never worked when I secondly install. So am not sure It will work again when ı install for the third time .

Briefly, AVG has some problem with the components and they have to solve them. My computer is working properly. My internet connection is safe and fast. So, I am very tired…no exhausted… it took my hours to try and try again. :frowning:

As this isn't the usual behavior, we'd suggest you to try repariing AVG program once to ensure that all services are running fine. Please restart your computer after repairing & check if it helps.

I want to uninstall this feature if I do not need it. Because it appears as my payments are not protected.

Hi, while I check my avg product it says sth on antispam. I don't remember very well but it was about loading sth. I clicked on it. After that it loaded and shut the anti spam. I tried to open it, sliding it to green. But it didn't work. So on the main screen payments are shown as insecure now. And it says open the antispam. But I can't :confused: How can ı fix it?
