Yes now I've got a automatic respons in mail (19/1). So now I'm waiting för an answer - still not arrived today 21/1. But maybe they have lot to do in that team?

Finally after nearly a week I got a message fron the mobile team describing how to fix the problem but to be honest - I had done everything correct already following instruction in a mail I got in October last year!
What actuallly fixed the problem was a new version of the Antivirus software for the mobile!!! Hahaha! This version was not available until a few days ago! I've looked for it of course - as I know I have different versions on my phone and my tablet…
So now I'm happy and thank you for your support!

Ok - thank you - but my question is - how do I lock and/or swipe my tablet? I.e. how do I send "commands/messages" to the tablet? There is no possitility to create a pin code/theft code for the tablet!!
The only possibiity there is - is to make it shout - as far as I can see.
One remark - I think you mess things up talking about Anti-Theft login password when you should login to the AVG Anti-theft account which in reality is the AVG MyAccount and it's password! It really confused me!!
So there is still one question from me: how do I send messages/commands to my tablet? I have put the question to the mobile team - they have not answered.

I have tried the link above before - and the alternative for communication is
1. Chat
2. Phone call
There is no email option!!!
And as there are geographical differences I suppose these 2 alternatives above are not an option for me!
But I still need help …

Question 1:
I have registered 2 devices in AVG Web Remote Management. My Samsung tablet and my Samsung smartphone. The remote management have no problems at all finding my tablet (Android 4.2.2 and AVG antivirus 5.1.1. BUT trying to locate my phone results in nothing. Phone: android 5.0.2 and AVG version 4.4.2. All location services are enabled on the phone and Google has reported the device latest today.
What's the problem?
Question 2: how do I send theft commands to my tablet?

One of my questions to the mobile team was "how do I communicate with my tablet?" I got no answer on that - but never mind - now I found the answer myself ... :-)
Starting to use this app may generate new questions - but I will put them to the mobile team - not here.

But of course it is! I know that. Different devices - differen operating systems, I know.
But the interfaces and the user interfaces look the same - so how could I know? I.e. I'm not stupid - I've been working in the "computer and telecom area" for many years - so if I don't understand the differences between your products - how should anyone else - not so experienced (technically) - understand? And in the advertisment for the Tablet version you state that you could "send messages to your tablet". How? I've checked - and the only thing you can send - is the "shout command". As I can see you cannot lock/swipe etc the tablet. So this is wrong and you should not state that on your web site for this product - in my opinion.
Are you = AVG - pulling my leg? Why are there more than one AVG Antivirus?
