I Purchased AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner. I set up my Online AVG Account.

I am UNABLE to activate AVG Anti Theft, because on STEP 3, (Connect to your AVG Account), (Set up Web Control), it gives me a "Fail to Login" message, when trying to login via: 1) Google, or 2) Email.

Even though my Login information is CORRECT (Email and Password).

Can someone please help me fix this problem?
