AVG anti track app

I purchased the AVG anti track (Order ID removed) on August 26, 2021 and have been unable to access the internet unless I shut everything down or go to task master on my Dell computer and shut down the anti track device.  This happens continually so unless I can rectify this problem in short order I want to take the app off my computer.  I have AVG secure VPN and have loved it!  What would you suggest I do?

Are you experiencing the issue on all web browsers in which AVG AntiTrack extension is installed? Are you unable to access a particular website or random websites?
