AVG anti track reactivication

I have had to uninstall and re install AVG Anti Track and on intallation it is saying that the activation code has already been used.

Please note that AVG AntiTrack code's activation attempts are limited. We've extended the limit and you should be able to install the product now.
We notice that you've reached us here with same issue on 19th July 2019. May I ask what is the reason for reinstalling the software multiple times?
