Can I please have help in cancelling and getting a refund for my AVG AntiTrack but its been impossible for me to hold of anyone! The UK number given doesn’t work and no agents ever answer the chat despite me waiting hours. There’s a 30 day refund policy but I’ve not been able to cancel or get a refund for anything.

I will wish you go luck attempting to contact and actual human. I spent 2 hours on hold at number 01 855-348-0258. Go nothing. I would also tell you to change and/or delete your payment info because I was double charged. So AVG Buyer BEWARE
In the same situation in the USA. Tried contacting live agents, two different phone numbers, still nothing. Haven’t heard from my bank either. Let me know what happens on your end.
Contact AVG on Facebook messenger. Not Facebook itself but messenger, that’s how I got a hold of them and got my refund

Yesterday afternoon I did what others are saying to do and went through Facebook messenger and messaged AVG directly. They responded within about 20 minutes and asked for the information they needed to verify my account, etc. and as of today I have my money back! Thank you to the people who said to do it that way!!!
