AVG Anti-Track stopped working

Am running Windows 10 64-bit.
i downloaded AntiTrack (that is, avg_antitrack_setup.exe) from the Antitrack interface (as far as I can see, it's not visible from the  AVG Internet Security interface). I ran the .exe, then error message as follows:
"Error opening file for writing:
C\Program Files (x86)\AVG\AntiTrack\AVGAntiTrack.exe …"

My AVG AntiTrack stopped working, with a useless error message.
I uninstalled it, then tried to reinstall it. Got this error message:

Any ideas?

PS I see that AVG do not have any home user support - it's not possible to log a fault with them. Instead, they just leave it to community volunteers?
So, I have bought a product for which the supplier (AVG) takes no responsibility?
