This isn't the expected behavior.
You have an active subscription of AVG AntiTrack valid till January 5, 2020. You shouldn't be getting any purchase messages when you try to install it again.
Refer here for the installation instructions. An e-mail has also been sent to you with the activation code of AVG AntiTrack.
If you're still getting the same message, share the screenshot of the same to assist you further.

I found that I could not access my e-mail from Outlook after recently-purchased AVG Anti-Tracker was installed & paid for.
I uninstalled the program and that released Outlook. I would like to try again but I cannot seem to be able reinstall without paying again! Any help would be appreciated.
