Please end the AVG AntiTrack task in the task manager and restart your PC, then check the status. If the issue persists, then please take a screenshot of the error window of AVG AntiTrack and post us here.
May I know since when you're facing this issue?
Have you made any recent changes to your system?
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstalling the AVG AntiTrack in your PC?
If no, then please refer this article to uninstall and reinstall it and let us know the status.

AVG anti tracking seems to have stopped working
all i am getting is  a blank white square

and it now seems to OK
