I bought AVG ultimate. Installed it on PC and sent an invite to my daughter's mac (sent to her email address).
We clicked on the email button to install the Antivirus. It installed without any issues (successful install). However when I tried to open the Antivirus, it fails to open, received message: "You can’t open the application “AVG AntiVirus” because it is not responding."
When we try to login into the zen network, it fails to login. I can login into MyAccount successfully. Finally, if we try to run the virus scan, it fails to run as well. We have rebooted the machine multiple times.
We have uninstalled and resent the invite and reinstalled multiple times. Get same results.
The AVG runs on PC and Android phones properly.
