AVG Anti virus Error code: 0xC0070643

Using a 64 bit windows 10 system 10586.
I had installed AVG antivirus before and had been using the 30 day trial, once the trial ended I uninstalled AVG using the AVG remover tool. I later decided to buy a 2 year AVG licence for 3 PCs.

The installer reaches the end and fails.

Error code: 0xC0070643
Description: Event exec_finished

​I have tried using the AVG remover tool and reinstalling again, using multiple installers (32bit and 64bit)

Each time i try to install i get the same error.
