AVG Anti virus free uninstallation issue

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with AVG Free Antivirus/AVG trial uninstallation. I really appreciate your efforts in resolving the issue. At this point, I suggest you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool (You might have used only AVG Remover tool, I'm asking to run both tools one by one now) and then do a fresh installation of AVG Free Antivirus 2017. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. (1/2)

I initially installed AVG Free. After uncountable attempts to get me to upgrade to a "premium" product, AVG informed me that me AVG product was out of date and needed to be brought up to date. Since the only product I had was AVG Free, I agreed. I was then surprisingly informed that I had a new product on free trial. At the end of the trial period, I was denied access to the product for any purpose.

I also have been denied the opportunity to remove the product from my computer. I have downloaded and run, three times, your remove it product. I now says that there is no AVG product on my computer. That is false.

According to your instructions, after running your Remove it product, I deleted the Remove it file. However, when I went to remove the AVG folder from the programs folder, my delete attempt was denied, however I tried to remove the folder. I tried many approaches, including through the control panel uninstall. Access denied. I also get an AVG screen that says "Unexpected Error Installation - Error Code 0xe0010002" I want to get your program(s) completely off my computer, RIGHT NOW.

When I allowed AVG to update "my product" - apparently a coercive lie to get me to upgrade to a fee based product, I immediately began suffering sever online download problems. Pages and products that had worked seamlessly for years suddenly would not load or would not load without many, many refreshes, and then only load and function partially. I investigated and contacted other providers to determine if perhaps they were a problem or could provide guidance. One suggested that I "white list" their files in AVG, and that's when I discovered that AVG has frozen me out of the command center so I cannot access or white list anything.

Understand this: I did not have these problems until "updating" AVG. Now I can neither access AVG control panel to perhaps fix the problem nor remove AVG. This conduct may be unintentional by AVG, but the effect is a criminal crippling of my computer.

Programs and services for which I pay a LOT of money annually are not available to me and have not been available to me for months. This is costing me time, money and massive inefficiency. Can I bill you for my lost time and services? Gee wiz, you don't think so will not be a reasonable response.

At this point I want to remove your products from my computer completely. As stated, the problems began when I "updated" your product. Whether the failure of AVG products to "play nice" with other products is deemed by you to be the fault of AVG or other products is sophistry. My other products are very mainline and AVG should be able to operate in cooperation with them. Additionally, AVG elected to construct their product to freeze me out of the control panel so I can't attempt to resolve the problems myself. So, fix it.

Additionally, I did try to download your "clear.exe" product 6 times. I will not download.

I will not let you remote access my computer. Allowing you to jump into my computer and access all of the information I have for both myself and for my clients is simply not possible. To ask, or insist, is lunatic. Persisting in asking to do so makes me highly suspicious of your fundamental motives. Please don't.

Also, I am not interested in paying you to clean up a mess that is clearly caused by your product. Again, while it may not be the conscious intention of AVG to appear so, the situation that now exists is a demand by AVG to pay them in order access your control panel apparatus or pay you to remove a program that has hijacked a significant portion of my computer's operational abilities. The implication is obvious and ugly for AVG. i trust that AVG will respond in an appropriate and forthright manner and tell me how to accomplish my goal: remove all AVG products and return my computer to a normal, productive operational condition.

Thank you.
