I have AVG Ultimate Multi installed and working on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy Tab S9. Or at least it was working on both. For some reason my phone disconneted from my AVG account, telling me “You’re not signed in”. It does show my Subscription is active and correct expiry date. My S9 shows the same subscription details and that I am linked to my AVG account.
I’ve tried to reinstall the app on my phone but no change. I have even changed my password, and while that worked on my tab S9, the S23+ remains unable to link to my AVG account. Any help is welcome.
