AVG Anti Virus subscription

I have renewed my Anti Virus subscription until 2021 prompted by a message from AVG recently. I don't keep track of my renewals as often I I should. I have an expectation from a reputable company to have software that does not let me multi -subscribe to the same product. I went into my account and I found that I am paying for 3 subscriptions of the same product! All have different subscription dates for renewals. And I just received an e-mail saying that AVG is going to automatically charge out another subscription on September 13th! WTF ! 
I have tried for the past two days to make contact with your online chat service but no luck. I'd like this to be resolved ASAP. I'd like to keep my 2021 subscription recently paid for July 8th but based on the other 2 that I am already paying which overlap this, I feel this subscription should be extended (free of charge) to 2023. Thank you for your help in this matter.
